Choice of service

The process of selling services starts with the buyer browsing the services offered by the company. Each service is accompanied by a detailed description and prices, as well as a specific information form which the buyer must fill in.

Filling in a special information form

If the Buyer agrees to the service, the Buyer must fill in a special information form.

This form contains standard information such as name, contact details. In addition, for certain services that require customisation, the buyer may be asked to fill in a special information form. This form contains all the information necessary to tailor the service to the customer.

You can fill in the form before or after payment!

Placing and paying an order

At this stage, the Buyer must enter standard information to pay for the service, such as name, email, company name, contact details.

The buyer is shown a summary of the service they have chosen, as well as the total cost, including any taxes or charges. The Company does not charge any taxes levied by the Companies Registry. The Buyer shall be given various payment options such as credit card, debit card, IBAN or other online payment methods. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the order is confirmed.

Payment methods and terms

At uronline.lv, we are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers. This payment policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency in all financial transactions related to the services we offer.

Our services are paid for in partnership with Klix, a financial technology company, and CITADELE bank, whose platform is recognised as the best e-commerce payment solution.

All payments are collected in EURO.

Invoice - Bank transfer (IBAN). 

  • You can pay for the service by transferring funds to our bank account indicated on the invoice.

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice to the email address you provided. This information will also be displayed on the screen during the last stage of the order process. Please pay the service invoice, quoting the order number as the purpose of payment. Payment must be made within 3 working days. If payment is not received within the specified period, your order will be cancelled.

Payment by card (Visa, MasterCard and others). 

  • Pay for your order using your payment card.

Conveniently pay with your bank card. Simply select the appropriate card and enter the required details in the fields provided when purchasing the service. If your payment is not accepted even though the information you provided is correct, please contact your bank or try another payment method.

Online banking payment.

  • Pay using internet banking.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our payment policy. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact our customer support team.

Buyer receives confirmation of payment

After successful payment, the buyer receives an automatic payment confirmation notification by email. This confirmation serves as a receipt for the transaction and gives the buyer confidence that the payment has been accepted.

Service processing notice

After payment confirmation, the buyer is informed of the progress of the order. This message may include information such as the estimated processing time and any additional actions required to complete the service.

Estimated time for completion of the Service

Services are processed after payment has been received and a specific information form has been completed.

Services are processed on weekdays until 17:00. 

If the Service is ordered on a weekend, public holiday or outside working hours, the Service will be processed on the next working day.

The service is usually processed and executed on the day of ordering. The turnaround time may be shorter, depending on the level of complexity of the service and whether all the necessary information is available.

Service performance notice

When the service is completed, the buyer receives a service completion notice. This letter indicates that the service has been successfully processed and executed. The execution notification may also contain any relevant instructions or additional information to ensure the successful progress of the service.

Right of withdrawal

At uronline.lv we strive to provide high quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This refund policy sets out the guidelines and procedures for obtaining a refund for services provided in the European Union (EU).

When purchasing uronline.lv services, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the service.

Refund procedure

  • To notify the withdrawal, the consumer can write a "notice of withdrawal" in free form to info@uronline.lv
  • Your refund request must include contact details.

Refund processing

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days
  • We will consider your request and may need additional information to assess
  • A decision on your refund request will be notified within 5 working days of receipt of all the necessary information
  • If your refund request is approved, we will start the refund within 14 days
  • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
